Biography Information:   Don is former counsel to the Industrial Accident Board for the State of Delaware. He has represented claimants and employers in worker's compensation for 20 years; his worker's compensation practice is now limited to representing injured workers. Don also represents people who have been injured as a result of auto accidents, slip & fall accidents, and other personal injury accidents.
